Singer 401G

This beautiful heavy duty electric sewing machine is in exceptionally good condition.
It is a very robust machine with a slant shank for better visibility and direct gear drive for precise control. It provides zigzag stitching and a variety of fancy patterns achieved by using drop in pattern cams.
This model is particularly desirable due to it's comprehensive specification including a direct gear drive to avoid belt slippage, the use of twin needle & twin threads, lifting throat plate for darning & embroidery, zigzag stitch and a metal extension table for the bed.
The machine is nice and clean with a clip-over storage case that is also in excellent condition.
The machine works perfectly in all respects and has been recently serviced. The foot controller and the motor are both orginal.
The machine includes a comprehensive set of accessories which are housed in 2 drawers that fit under the extension table. A pdf copy of the user's manual can be provided.
